Subscriptions to Samwell AI are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account.
In most cases, payments for Samwell AI subscriptions and enterprise licenses are not refundable.
If you are looking to cancel your subscription before your next payment date, please login to your account and select Billing -> Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.
